Job Description

Act as a sales consultant to customers promoting Novel Telecom's wide range of telecommunication product/services.
Be responsible for managing and updating your own database in Sales force through outbound sales calls and various other methods.
Perform various service qualification checks using advanced web based applications, responding to customers in an efficient manner
Help setting and achieving sales targets

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, Both written and verbal

Strong computer, email and web application skills

Experience in Customer Service/ Sales or Telco/ISP environment will be an added advantage.
