Job Description
- Prepare financial information such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
manage payroll
- Complete financial reports on a regular basis and provide information to the management
- Prepare cash flows, monthly budgets and annual budgets
- Coordinate with banks
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Enter financial information into appropriate software programs
- Coordinate external audits
- Manage day-to-day transactions including payments and receipts
- Report on debtors and creditors
- Handle accruals and prepayments
Requirements
Partly qualified in CA/ACCA is required
A Bachelor's degree will be an added advantage
3+ years working experience in a similar role is required
Experience in Quick Books will be an added advantage
Excellent English written and verbal skills
Ability to operate with minimum supervision
High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high-level of confidentiality
Great interpersonal skills
