Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans that align with the business strategy. The overall purpose of the role is to coordinate sales activities, develop sales campaigns to identify and attract potential customers, generate leads, call and visit clients and, convert leads into business.

  • Work closely with each sales unit to assess their progress and develop sales strategies accordingly
  • Guide, motivate and monitor the teams to achieve planned sales targets assigned by the Management
  • Liaise with the marketing team to plan, develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies to match specific customer requirements
  • Result oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills, with the ability to promote sales in a challenging and competitive industry
  • Capable of thriving in a fast paced, high pressure environment, with the right attitude
  • Previous work experience in sales & marketing or, work experience in the private higher education industry
