Job Description
We are looking for Systems Engineer in Colombo.
Requirements
Sound knowledge on Unix and windows platform configuration, administration, troubleshooting and security hardening (RHEl, Solaris and IBM AIX, Windows Server 2016/2019)
Knowledge and practical experience on application server setup, configuration and security implementation on Jboss, IBM Websphere and WebLogic
Hands on experience in RDBMS systems such as Oracle, DB2 and PostgreSQL
Good understanding about Web servers such as Apache, IBM HTTP Server and Microsoft IIS
Hardware/Software troubleshooting skill on servers side as well as PC/Laptop
Good knowledge and practical experience in networking configuration such as network segmentation, configuring ADSL/DSL routers,L3 switches, Firewall, HTTP proxies (Forward and Revers Proxies)
Ability manage hardware evaluation and procurement process
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced on-time delivery environment
Understanding of security concepts, attack mitigation methods, and industry best practices
Minimum Qualification:Bachelor degree or equivalent
