• Identifying potential customers
• Maintaining customer pipeline and approaching new customers.
• Responsible for the individual targets.
• Preparing credit proposals, including conducting financial appraisals.
• Maintaining good recovery ratio.
• Interacting directly with clients on a daily basis to discuss their credit requirements and fulfill their needs.
• Attending to Customer complaints / suggestion reviews.
• Maintaining good rapport with internal & external stake holders.
