- Achievement of Sales Target
- Managing Market retention & Sales retention
- Promoting new dealers to the business
- Coordinating Itinerary plan
- Arranging promotions, conducting surveys and monitoring information about competitor status.
Requirements
GCE O/L and GCE A/L in Maths /Science /Commerce stream is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Public Relations or Marketing Psychology from a recognized university or equivalent qualifications in CIM/SLIM will be an added advantage
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing /Merchandising roles, ideally in FMCG sector
Strong sales, and relationship building skills
Should possess excellent analytical, organization, negotiation and people skills
Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently and with responsibility
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to inspire confidence in all stake-holders
Excellent written and spoken skills in Sinhala, English. Knowledge in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
Computer literate with good report writing skills & ability to analyze, capture and present information effectivelyAbout Employer
