Currently, Evolve is on the lookout for a dynamic and professional 'IT Support Engineer/Tech Lead
- The role is to be the key contact person to our clientele and providing exceptional customer service, technical support and timely service delivery.

RequirementsA degree or equivalent qualifications in IT/ Technical Support or related discipline
At least 3 years experience in a technical support role & customer service handling
Outstanding command of English Language (Both written and oral) is an absolute must
Excellent people management skills and time management skills
Hard working with positive attitude and unwavering commitment to results
Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and high attention to detail
Experience and confidence in managing technical teams, being able to motivate and get the best from different types of people with an ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
This position requires enthusiasm, dedication and excellent customer service and negotiation skills
