  • Handling overall process of issuing advisor codes
  • Handling Re – designations/Branch & team transfers
  • Assisting with the clearance request process
  • Preparing & sending monthly income support payment schedule to Finance Department
  • Managing all personal files related to Sales staff
  • Check & certify on advisor codes advance payments on weekly basis
  • Preparing MIS reports to Management
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • Degree in Business management or partly qualified chartered accountancy/AAT/CIMA
  • Experience in the insurance sector would be an added advantage
  • Good time management & organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
