Job Description

You will be an individual contributor based on the Colombo's operational office. Reporting to the Client Finance manager based in Singapore, you will collaborate with various department including operations and Singapore client finance team in ensuring the following tasks are completed timely and accurately. You will also engage in ad-hoc projects as and when required.

  • Fulfill daily Billings
  • Responsible for Daily invoices settlement and related issues
  • Issue Credit Notes and complete all refund related tasks
  • Submit Credit Card charges, reconcile and follow up on all related tasks
  • Update missing enhanced data, prepare daily report
  • Respond to client's related emails or queries within SLA
  • Assist with visa applications, prepaid Hotel Booking,LCC (non-GDS) booking etc
  • Responsible for ad-hoc assignment as required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience as a Travel agent is a plus
  • Hands-on knowledge of GDS(Sabre/Amadeus) and Power suite is essential
  • Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines/SLA
  • Ability to work effectively with counterpart out of Sri Lanka
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, especially with MS Excel
  • Willingness to work 7am-4pm(Srl Lanka's time Zone) and beyond official hour if required
