Job Description

You will be in charge of assisting our Project manager in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project teams are continuously motivated and managed for optimum performance. You will liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and ensure client's needs are met as the project evolves.

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be conversant using a computer and have exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Degree in business or related field of study
  • Three years of experience in management
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle operations across multiple teams
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with foreign clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • The position is open at our Colombo office
