Hub Supervisor - Panadura - Daraz.lk

The job encompasses management of a last mile hub of Daraz in the Panadura region and includes the management of day to day operations and supervision of a team with the following activities.

• Manage the inflow and outflow of packages
• Managing the delivery fleet
• Ensuring daily reporting on operations
• Management of daily cash flows
• Manage the team efficiency and cohesion
• Inventory management
• Collaborate and assess in serving other logistics operations as requested by the higher management
• Fixed contract for a period of 3 months extended under the sole discretion of the Management
• (Salary-LKR 45,000-50,000 inclusive of other benefits)
