• Able to process payroll without any supervision
• EPF/ETE administration
• Knowledge on PAYE
• Employee relations & welfare activities
• Industrial relations
• Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
• Delivering and overseeing the training of individual or groups of employees.
• Letter Drafting
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issue, rules, and regulations.
• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

• Candidates residing in Gampaha district will be an given preference
• Selected candidate will be located in the Head office at Ja-ela
