Assistant Manager (Human Resources)
A vacancy has arisen for a dynamic individual to be a part of Kanrich family.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate should posses a Degree in Human Resources Management or a professional qualification in Human Resources Management from recognized University or from the Charted Institute of Personal Management or Human Resource Management Institute
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position or at Assistant Managerial level in a recognized mercantile establishment preferably in the Non-Banking Financial Industry
Should have hands on experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management inclusive of talent sourcing, performance management, training and development, industrial relations and driving employee engagement activities with a good understanding of the end to end HR processes and applicable systems, procedures
Should be able to manage disciplinary issues and grievance handling
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Willingness to travel outstation
Work under tight deadlines while managing a team of dynamic individuals
Should be a result driven individual with excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala Language
Ability to converse in Tamil Language would be an added advantage
