Job Description

We are looking for bright and young individuals to be a part of our team!

Partnering with outsource company managers to determine staffing needs and updating the job calendar
Advertising vacancies in relevant sources
Screening resumes
Performing phone interviews with candidates
Performing references and background checks
Making recommendations to outsource company managers
Coordinating interviews with the outsource company managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Requirements

Female Candidate preferred

Relevant academic qualification in HRM

At least 2+ years experience in recruitment is a must

Excellent command in Spoken and Written English/Sinhala

Good computer literacy

Age 30 years and below

Experience in IT recruitment will be a definite added advantage
