Requirements

Proven 3-5 years food and beverage management experience

Communication, Computer literacy and proven leadership skill

Liaising with restaurant, Bar and Kitchen teams and drive them towards set goals

Foreign work experience, restaurant and Bar experience in a standalone restaurant

Up to date with food and beverages trends, best practices and knowledge of menu development

Ability to mange personnel and meet financial targets

Medium to long term career by developing and oversee the multiple outlets

Guest-oriented and service-minded

Culinary school diploma or degree in F&B management or related field would be an added advantage
