F and B - Maintenance Store Keeper - Rajarata Hotel

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion to excel for the below mentioned position.

• Responsible for maintaining the inventory and stores management system.
• Monitor purchasing arrangements of the hotel on time
• Follow-up cycle counting process and make sure to enhance the stock accuracy and physical arrangement.
• To update and maintain accurate and adequate data and transactions daily, Weekly, and monthly basis.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as per the needs of management
• Responsible for audit verification and documentation part for auditing process.
• Responsible for handling rejects and disposable goods.
• Ensure all aspects of F&B requirements of the hotel.
