Job Description
- Responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent guest experience while having extensive knowledge of Information Technology

Requirements
Graduate / Diploma holder in IT from a recognized training institution is a must
Minimum requirement of 3-5 years in a star class Hotel in the same capacity
Proficiency in speaking English
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced guest-oriented environment
In depth knowledge & working experiences in OPERA PMS (V5.5), Opera Web Suite an MICROS MC (Material Control)and POS systems(9700) is a must
Comprehensive understanding of the Windows Desktop and Microsoft operating systems' administration & System installation, Computer hardware troubleshooting
Good working knowledge in Windows Server OS 2008/2012/2016 troubleshooting and server maintenance
Knowledge of Active Directory/Virtual Environment (ESXi/Hyper V/Vspace)IT Security/ CCTV/Backup
Familiar with telecommunication standards and PABX system maintenance
Knowledge of network and printer configuring & troubleshooting.
