– Identify , analyze and document customers’ business needs – Create all types of required documentation (SRS, FRS etc.) – Create UML Documents (Flowcharts , USECASE etc.) – Communicate Customer Requirements and Feedback seamlessly – Prepare required Technical Reports and Documentation
