At Applova we are looking for a Part Time Customer Support Executive to join our team to drive customer onboarding. It is a complete working from home role.

Responsibilities
  • Help customer to have a smooth onboarding experience to Applova
  • Carefully set up the menu’s of customers in the system.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer support requests via Email
  • Coordinate with the team to provide the support needed by customers
Requirements
  • Very Good English communication skills
  • Efficient Data Entry skills
  • Sufficient business acumen and exceptional customer service approach
