Supervision of Payment Recovery

• Coordinate with new recovery person & as well as can prepare & guide him to ensure consistent recovery objectives of finance department.

Bank and Factoring Related Works

• Prepare all factoring forms & documents, Get required signatures from directors/Authorized parties
• Coordinate with factoring people to get scheduled payment on time.
• Submit required documents such as AOD, Mail confirmation etc.
• Collect cheques from factoring company and deposit the same to desired bank account.
• Fill deposit slips and deposit cheques and cash to the bank account
• Cash transfer from bank to other bank
• Cheque withdrawals such as petty cash requirement.
• Messenger service for all bank related and factoring institutes as well as other finance companies ( Eg Softlogic, MI)

• School Leavers – Rs.20,000 Package with allowances
• With 1-2 yrs experience + Minimum qualifications – Rs.23,000 Package with allowances
