• Youthful, vibrant and sociable who are updated with market trend and gossips/attends concerts and parties/play games/active in community/try out new apps, new phones, new gadgets etc
• Strong in written (priority) and verbal (lessor) communication
• Have the presence on social media. It would be awesome if we can hire influencers/bloggers who already have a sizeable FB/IG/TW etc following because it means they already know how to engage audiences via great content
• Attention to detail because they serve as the last gateway to prevent grammatical errors/typos/branding mistakes before an ad/visual/article is released to public
• Content curator - we all know content is KING in driving the engagement numbers hence we should focus on hiring people who can curate creative, daring and innovative call to actions messages to engage/build/grow our audiences
• People's person with soft skills in understanding customers' need as opposed to hiring another person with strong technical knowledge in the telco industry (which we already have quite a few experts in the company that we can leverage on)
• Great presenter with the ability to sell ideas, create hype internally within Yonder and externally with OPCOs and beyond
• Experience in doing Presentation decks for reasons that you guys know too well
