Customer Service Executive / Customer Assistants
The candidates we have in mind should be familiar with vehicle rent paper work, handling client questions, complaints, and working to resolve overdue rental settlements. Besides this the candidate should be service oriented, communication skill, highly computer literate, telephone etiquette and teamwork.
RequirementsAt least passed the Advanced level examinations
Language proficiency in English and Sinhala
Higher qualifications and Industry experience of 2 – 3 years is desirable
Customers assistants will be considered with less experience
RTT a leader in the business of tours and transport for over two decades wishes to recruit a young pleasant lady or gent to handle the key account customers.
