Job Description

Our client is a multinational conglomerate is, on the lookout for Assistant Senior Group Manager – Quality with following criteria

Requirements

Project identification and exclusion with LLS framework

Drive Kaizen certifications, YB certifications through monitoring

Overtake the SSYB, SSGB, training to expedite the project implementation

To work on capacity assessment for overall functions to identify efficiency targets

Work with Operations IT technical team on requirement gathering and follow up automation status

Black Belt Certification is mandatory

7+ years of work experience in BPO/ any ralated , 5 years should be in senior management position

Experience in Improvement Projects

Exposure in Project Management and Diagnostic Studies

Accounting background will be an added advantage

Age between 30- 45 years
