Requirements

Hotel School graduate with 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity in star class Hotel in Sri Lanka or abroad

Responsible for overall planning formulation, and administration of all training programs and ensuring that a consistent level and quality training program are put in to place across the group, that they are current appropriate and relevant to the people for which they are aimed, and that they are scheduled at regular times

Ensuring that all team members are trained in the companies and the hotels policies, practices and procedures and that all team members are aware of the companies culture and Oak Ray Standards .
