Assist with all incoming inquiries pertaining to hotel reservations, products and services.
Assist with all promotion and marketing campaign inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and enquirers in relation to changes in reservation dates and related services.
Assist/undertake any other task assigned by line management.
RequirementsDegree, Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification
A high degree of integrity and professionalism. Minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity preferably in contact center /customer service environment Excellent command of written and spoken English, Sinhala and Tamil. Excellent knowledge of PC software – Windows, Excel, Word , PowerPoint Dynamic, highly motivated and a result – oriented team player with good interpersonal skillsPossess initiative and be able to work independently Ability to work in a challenging environment
