Manage operational relationships with business teams and internal / external partners
Identify the market gaps introduce new products / products features
Responsible for all level of communication / coordination with the partners
Manage internal / external communication related to Card products
Ensure the business is closely aligned with global product partners
Successful management of Cargills group and other Card promotions

Requirements

Posses 05-07 years of banking experience out of which minimum of 04 years in the similar background in a supervisory capacity

Expertise in the overall product development life cycle

Be full or part qualified in CIM / SLIM or related discipline

Should understand Card products and its channels

Data driven and use data to support arguments

Should understand the communication performance matrix

Ability to work independently in cross functional teams with credibility

Strong presentation skills
