Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
  • Acquire new profitable merchants and new industries to accept Cargills Bank licensed payments
  • Ensure island wide branding for cards and payment methods in line with the Bank's Acquiring Strategy, so that the volume target of Merchant Acquiring Business are achieved
  • Conduct town storms within the assigned territories to increase acceptance and explore new merchant industries
  • Overlook the entire merchant on boarding process while adhering to all regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain good merchant relationships
  • Formulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS preparations
  • Guide the Acquiring team to achieve business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree / full qualification in Banking / CIMA / SLIM / CIM or equivalent
  • Minimum 05 years of Marketing experience of which 03 years should be in to payments / cards Merchant Acquiring
  • Must be familiar with POS / EDCT operations and management
  • Should be a good team player with strong supervisory and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an outgoing personality
  • Should be willing to travel
