Resolving phone,walk in,fax,email and Facebook inquiries.
Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individual and departments.
RequirementsExperience in Travel and Tourism industry will be add advantage.
School leavers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent command in English and Tamil.
Preferably a female candidate close to Nugegoda.
Age below 24.
