Answer incoming calls
Maintain a high level of call quality & customer satisfaction
Ensure that the customer complaint is closed looped, resolution is updated in ticket for future reference & solution given to all customer complaints.
Make sales/ survey/ service calls to customers
Handle the General line of the payable solution in queries and requests
Act as a representative of Payable team for the customers at any given time
RequirementsA/L Qualified young Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
Age should between 20-30 years.
Should have pleasant communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
(Sinhala, English, and Tamil would be an added advantage)
Excellent coordination skills with team and customers
