Job Description
Assist with all incoming enquiries pertaining to travel reservations, products and services. Assist with all promotion and marketing campaign enquiries. Resolve customer complaints and enquires in relation to changes in travel dates and related services. Assist/undertake any other task assigned by line management
  • Successfully completion of the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination (Credits in Mathematics and English). • Minimum 1-year call center experience will be an added advantage. • School leavers are encouraged to apply. • Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational shift basis. • Possess good communication skills in English (spoken and written). • Possess good communication skills in either Sinhala or Tamil (spoken and written). • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result – oriented team player with good interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a challenging environment.
