- Sales, Business Development and Trade Lane Development for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit of the Organization.
- Required to focus on field sales, also focusing global business for Sea Freight, Airfreight, Air/Sea, Sea/Aire, Customs House Brokerage, EPZ Zonal business (Katunayaka, Biyagama, Pallekele etc) and also focus Hambantota Port related Business Development.
- Required to focus for businesses in all Provinces in Sri Lanka
- Required to focus in all aspects in related to promoting business/achieving sales in "Total Logistics Handling" for exports and imports, and handling within the country.
RequirementsMinimum 10 years experience in compulsorily in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry
Proven track record in achieving sales budget and targets
Very good knowledge in Logistics Market in Sri Lanka, and Customer base & Service providers, MS Office skills and Operational IT Systems
Very good relationship building and negotiation skills
Procurement experience including service contracts
CIM/SLIM or any other related academic professional qualifications
BBA / MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage
Studies pertaining to Logistics will be an added advantage
