Job Description
As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you will be directly reporting to the Director - Special Projects. You will be required to assist in governance to drive continuous process improvements to ensure that functions are best in class in delivering desired business outcomes and thereby, identify and highlight any obstacles to achieving desired outcomes, including delivery of the Group's budgeted vision.
Responsibilities
- Be involved in multi-disciplinary projects and be responsbile for process mapping, transition management and/or consulting assignments based on the SBU requirements
- Specific responsibilities include supporting diagnostics and process mapping assignments to identify and support process transitions, support internal / external transition projects, and identifying process improvements and controls
- Work closely with both manufacturing and front-end to facilitate business growth and smooth transition of new customer offerings / innovations to executable plans
