Job Description
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;provide information about products and services, take / cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Experience in Travel Management/Ticketing or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Requirements
  • A team player with flexibility in working hours and ability to work on a shifts basis
  • Having a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette and good attitude towards work
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala. Tamil & English would be considered as a value addition and you will stand a better chance at the interview
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and with a detailed operations understanding
