Assistant Manager-IT (Male) - Micronet Global Services

• Responsible for all electronic maintenance and repair jobs of Printers, PC's, Motherboards, etc.
• Coordinate for On-site troubleshooting/problem resolution (Desktop/Laptops/Printers/Electronic)
• Coordinate between the client and technical support teams of the company
• Training the new recruits on essential technical skills, coaching the employees, communication job expectations and appraising their performance.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned from time to time.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
