Packing & Finishing In Charge -Weerawila - Original Apparel

• Ensuring the availability of relevant documentation from the Merchandising and Production Departments, verifying the accuracy of data and planning and organizing the finished good's operation as per customer requirements.
• Ensuring that the ironing and packing of garments are carried out as per the quality standards of the buyer.
• Tracking the progress of the packing process by following-up against the internal packing list and by balancing the PO's at the end-of the day, and clearly understanding the packing status of the orders, whilst coordinating with the Production and Planning Divisions to ensure the timely completion of orders.
• Instructing and educating packing helpers(including new recruits) on the various packing methods, delivery dates, price ticket details and related processes.
