Human Resources & Administration Manager - Statesman Hats

• Monitor recruitment processes to ensure that STATESMAN attracts high quality staff. Maintain the requited budgeted cadre at any given time of the year.
• HRM will ensure managers are provided with accurate remuneration information and advice's that allows STATESMAN to attract and retain high quality staff..
• Competent in employment relation practices comply with legal requirements and are consistent with human resources best practice and ethical trading initiatives and global compliance. We believe in high standard of safety and compliance practices.
• Pronounce Performance Management practices and processes support and recognize high performance and motivates staff to achieve performance goals continually. Discuss and provide one to one solution to close the performance gap of every employee.
• Understand Training and Development policies and processes ensure that STATESMAN maximizes the capabilities of employees & managers and staff.
• Ensure STATESMAN maintains effective relationship with staff and Welfare and JCC representatives by ensuring that STATESMAN interests are protected in all industrial disputes.
• Demonstrates a communication to sustainable resource management.
